Privacy

No personal information of any kind. There are no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, your email address, your location, your contacts, your photos, or your phone number, and there is no screen in the app where you could give them to us even if you wanted to.

There is no analytics software in the app. No crash reporting service, no advertising network, no attribution or tracking framework, no third-party code of any kind. The apps are built entirely on Apple's own frameworks.

Nothing. The apps contain no networking code. They make no requests to any server, ours or anyone else's, and they work identically with the phone in airplane mode. There is no server to send anything to, because we do not run one.

Your settings and your progress are saved on your device only, in the app's own private storage. For Nil that means things like which world you were last in, your sound and haptics preferences, the tempo you chose, and the lights you have collected in the sky. None of it is personal information, none of it is readable by us or by other apps, and all of it is deleted when you delete the app.

If you buy something, Apple handles the entire transaction through the App Store. Your payment details go to Apple and never touch us. We receive no card number, no billing address, and no name. The app only asks Apple a single yes or no question, which is whether this Apple Account has bought the unlock, and Apple's answer stays on the device.

The apps are suitable for any age. Since nothing is collected from anyone, in particular nothing is collected from children under 13, and there is no behavioral advertising, no chat, and no user-generated content.

Laws like the GDPR and the CCPA give you the right to see, correct, export, or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to show you or delete. If you want to remove everything the app has saved, delete the app and it goes with it.

We do not sell or share personal information, because we do not have any.

If a future app ever needs to collect something, this page will say so plainly and say why, before that app ships. The date at the top will change.
